Mitsubishi has released a teaser image of a new Ground Tourer Concept.
Set to debut at the 2016 Paris Motor Show, the concept follows the unveiling of the Concept XR PHEV II and eX Concept at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show and the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show respectively.
Continuing development of what Mitsubishi calls its ‘Dynamic Shield’ design philosophy, the Ground Tourer Concept is the latest expression of this design journey - featuring ‘four powerful elements: Functional beauty, augmented possibilities, Japanese craftsmanship and solid thrust’.
Combining Mitsubishi’s off road heritage with plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) technology, the Ground Tourer Concept SUV will offer' effortless travel both on and off the beaten track whatever the driving conditions' says Mitsubishi.
The Paris Motor Show runs from 1-16 October, 2016.
